When I called again he said I needed to follow the instructions on the Groupon, problem is that the option that the Groupon tells you to do isn't available, thus my phone call. In good customer service - he instructed me to just get a refund from Groupon!

I think the service was ok. The only thing I'm upset about is the price did went up and that is ok because of inflation. But charging a PPE fee when covid is over is unnecessary. I only witnessed two pairs of gloves were use when a whole box of glove only cost $10.

Groupon purchase. This is my first experience with "in office teeth whitening". My teeth were already very white and technician wasn't sure what my results would be. I opted for the stronger gel and 40 minutes. Very happy with outcome. Facility appeared clean, Scott(technician)was professional and personable. I have subsequently purchased services for two of my children and recommend Xpress for anyone considering this type of service!

Very professional for a small cosmetic business
Customer service is a big deal to me and the gentleman at this location was great. Very warm and friendly. Downside? the mouth guard appliance used to keep the lips away was quite uncomfortable in a few spots where the edge pressed into my upper gums.
My results were nice despite doing a shorter time (40 min) to ensure I avoided sensitivity (first timer). I had a little aching later that evening but not enough to keep me awake and it was barely noticeable in the AM.
The gentleman played some TV shows since you can't do much with the special glasses on and the lamp sitting in front of mouth. Music w/ earbuds would be an alternative distraction.
The only thing i recommend is a small card with reminders about food/drink. That info is on the release form but you don't get to take that with you.
If the results last (and I can figure out a way to avoid mouth guard discomfort) I'll return to this location.

I had a horrible experience with Zoom whitening 5 years ago. I had shooting pain for 2 days. I swore I would never do this again. Then the dentist told me I have a cavity on my front tooth that needs to be fixed. He asked if i wanted to white my teeth before they matched the color. I remember seeing a Groupon for Xpress teeth whitening and decided to give this "one more try". I'm so glad I did! Scott was super informative and walked me thru the process and the different types of gels. After completing the 40 minute process, I waited for the pain. It did not happen! no pain!! I will definitely be coming back again!!

I was a tad bit skeptical because there are disclaimers about teeth only whiten according to your genetics. I was worried because "white" teeth DO NOT run in my family...In fact I cannot recall a time in my life at any age when I had white teeth. So, you can see my skepticism. However I decided to try it and to my AMAZEMENT I have WHITE teeth for the first time in my life! I have tried store bought whiteners and haven't found the results to be this good! I am IMPRESSED! Pleasant Experience
I visited Scott for a 45-min teeth whitening session at the Allen location. He was very friendly and informative. I felt extremely comfortable with him and trusted his ability. My teeth weren't all too yellow to begin with so I didn't see much of a difference and this was my first time. Scott said it can take more than one session for it to get as white as you want it. My smile does feel brighter. A little sensitivity for a couple of days after. Barely any pain during the process. I think I might come back for another session to see if my teeth can become any whiter.

I had been to a couple of other "teeth whitening" facilities before but Xpress was a different experience all together. Scott was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the various options available. I was surprised to learn I could get a stronger version of peroxide applied for a shorter period of time (2 20 minute sessions as opposed to 3 20 minute) and achieve better results. Plus, he added a gel to my gums that hardened to protect my gums from being exposed to the treatment. Other places I encountered burning on my gums and lip as a result poor application of the peroxide. I saw a distinct difference immediately that was far better than any I had tried before. I will definitely go back and would highly recommend.

SPARKLING WHITE WITH JUST 1 VISIT!
I have done the whitening trays at drs office and the usual crest strips and they both worked fine. But I had an event that weekend and wanted instant bright results and i definitely got it with Scott. He's super informative and very nice. Came in and the procedure was super easy and not painful. I got to watch netflix which made everything go by very quick. I saw that my teeth were more white as soon as the appointment was done. I have been to a dentist office before to have my teeth whitened and it was a long, boring, and a bit painful process. At the Xpress Frisco location, Scott was very nice and made the process a pleasant experience. I enjoyed watching my choice of movie or TV program on a flat screen TV mounted in front of a reclining chair. There were two chairs in the room (for two patients) and two TVs with wireless headphones and remotes. It was a pretty comfortable atmosphere though a little small. Scott took time to answer the questions I had. I will go back again and have told a few people about this location and the deals they offer.

Sit back and relax listening to your favorite music or media with your own flat screen tv and headphones, don't have any media? No problem Scott has an eclectic mix for you to choose from. He is very expedient, polite, and proffessional. He listens to any concerns or anxieties you may have and resolves any fears. It is a 3 part session, he removes the used gel and refreshes it 3 times over approx an hour while you remain comfortably pampered. I was impressed with my results, "wow" was said when I saw my brighter whiter smile!
I would recommend Scott and his product line, even advertise for some free samples to take home and use for weekly maintenence.
He does also carry produts for home use as resonable cost.

I got an excellent deal with Scott, $49 for 60-min teeth whitening with excellent result. He tailored the treatment to your tooth sensitivity. I started with 40 min first time, 45 min 2nd time, and 60 min 3rd time when my teeth are used the the bleech. Scott is very professional and attentive to details; highly recommended. Place is hard to find for 1st timer, so read the direction carefully.

Though the office not too spacious, was quite comfortable and clean. Scott made sure I was aware of all the information and post-care when it came to whitening, he made sure I was comfortable with the process before we began. He actually got me in a bit early since I arrived before my appointment which I appreciated since I had a bit of a drive back home. The whole process went smoothly, with Scott checking in with my progress during and after each whitening session. I was able to sit back and relax with some netflix, plugging in headphones so I could privately enjoy a show without interrupting the person sitting next to me (they had their own television as well). All in all, no complaints. It was my first whitening experience and I do believe I will be back in the future for any touch-ups to come :) I used the groupon deal and i'm glad I did. Worth the drive. Scott, was super helpful in answering this first-time teeth whitening customer. We had a little trouble with the light equipment, (no fault of Scott or company) half-way through my procedure and he was kind and gracious offering me a free return visit. He had a calm demeanor the complete time. The light came back on a few minutes later (I prayed :) ) and my results were great! I did experience a few what they called "zingers" afterwards, which you may or may not experience. But well worth the refreshing whitening of my teeth. Will definitely be back!

My bottom teeth are sensitive Scott suggested a lower percentage hydrogen peroxide instead of bleaching top teeth only. Worked out perfectly! I had some pain immediately following the procedure, took some ibuprofen, nothing unbearable. Definitely recommend this place.

I have whitened my teeth before, but wanted them brighter. The process at Xpress whitening was quick, inexpensive and pain free. I also have sensitive teeth and the peroxide didn't leave any zingers like Zoom. Scott is great, he gives you a take home Baggie for post treatment touch ups. And the atmosphere was relaxing. Not a big place, but you feel at home.

I was very impressed with the results of my teeth whitening. I have never had this procedure done before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The staff was very professional and narrated what they were doing as they were doing it, which I found really nice.
